Phenolic acids, as the predominant secondary metabolites of Salvia plants, are largely used in pharmaceutical industries. The main aim study was to establish hairy root cultures virgata Jacq. Also, effects methyl jasmonate (22.4 and 11.2 ppm), Ag+ ions (5 2.5 ppm) yeast extract (100 50 were assessed on total phenol, flavonoid, rosmarinic acid salvianolic A contents roots after 1, 3 5 days exposure.
